JOBMAS is an open access journal, meaning all content is freely available to users or their institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles without prior consent from the publisher or authors. This is in accordance with the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
